Each teacher sees their own classes
Visibility follows teaching: a teacher sees the students in the classes they are assigned to, and nobody else. Assigning a teacher to a class is what grants it; removing them takes it away.
Teachers
Add each teacher with their email or phone. They get a one-time code, choose their own password, and see the classes they teach.
Classes
Create classes by grade, assign one or more teachers, and let the roster file place students in them.

School administration
One owner runs the account
The school owner manages staff, classes, seats and billing. Teachers manage their classes, not the school, and never see billing.

Tell us the school and how many students. We create the account and make you its owner.

Enroll your students
Upload the registrar's file, or add students one by one. Email is optional.

Create classes and assign each teacher to the ones they teach.

Each student uses a one-time code to choose their own password, then practises on their own account.
Student management
Accounts that belong to the students
Every student has a private account and chooses their own password. The school sees progress, never their answers.
Bulk enrollment
Paste or upload a CSV with name, grade and class; email and phone are optional. Every row that works is imported, and every row that does not is reported by line.
One-time codes
Each new student gets a code that works once, for 30 days, to choose a password. Lost it? Issue a new one; the old one stops working.
Removing a student
Take a student off the roster to free their seat. Their account and their learning history stay theirs.
Analytics
Engagement and coverage, class by class
Built for the question a head teacher can act on this week: who has stopped practising. There is deliberately no ranking of teachers.
Class rollups
Students, how many are active, how many are dormant, questions answered and accuracy for each class.
Student progress
Each student's subjects, exams sat and scores, in a read-only view for the teachers who teach them.
Export
Download a student's progress record whenever you need it.
Institutional pricing
Per student, per year
From 10 students. A school seat costs the same as a family seat, 20% below the solo rate: you are buying the same licence and managing more of them. Larger contracts are invoiced.
