Refund policy

If you change your mind within 7 days of a payment, email support@tabinos.com with the transaction reference and we will refund it in full. You do not need to give a reason.

This applies to first-time purchases of a personal plan. It is the simplest promise we can make, and we would rather refund a student than keep money they regret spending.

Regardless of how long ago it was, we refund:

• A duplicate charge for the same plan.
• A payment that cleared but never granted the plan.
• A charge you did not authorise.
• Any period a paid feature was unavailable through our fault for a sustained time.

We look at it case by case. If the platform did not do what we said it would, we refund. If you simply did not use it, we usually will not — but tell us why and we will listen.

A season pass part-way through the season is normally refunded pro rata against the time remaining.

• Seats are refundable pro rata for the unused part of the term.
• Seats already in use by a student are not refunded retroactively — the student had the product.
• A school invoiced directly should contact schools@tabinos.com rather than using this process.

Email support@tabinos.com or use the contact form with the topic set to Billing. Include the transaction reference from your billing history — it is on your profile page under Billing.

We acknowledge within 1 business day. Approved refunds are returned through Chapa to the method you paid with, and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or mobile-money provider.

When a payment is refunded, the plan it bought ends. If you are also covered by a family or school seat, that seat is unaffected — you keep whatever it grants you.
