What Family is
A management layer, not a shared login
The family account belongs to the parent. Every student has an account of their own, with their own learning subscription. The parent manages the family and follows progress; the student does the learning.
One family account
Yours, as the parent. It holds your students, your plan and your Family Dashboard, and it does not sit exams itself.
1 to 5 students
Add each child who is preparing for the ESSLCE. Any grade from 9 to 12, in the Natural or Social Science stream.
Individual learning subscriptions
Each student has their own Standard or Pro subscription through the family plan, priced 20% below the solo rate.
How it works
Set up once, then follow along

Create your parent account
Sign up as a parent with your email or phone number, and name your family.

Add your students
Enter a name and grade, and their email or phone if they have one. Each student gets a one-time invitation.
- 03
They choose their own password
Your child opens the invitation, chooses a password only they know, and starts practising.

Follow their progress
Your Family Dashboard shows where each of them stands. Get the Family Plan when you are ready.
Student privacy
You see how they are doing. What they answer stays theirs.
This is enforced by the server and the database, not by hiding buttons: a parent account cannot open exam content, questions or answers at all.
What you see
- Progress and completion, per subject and chapter
- Strengths and the chapters that need practice
- Their study plan: the week they are in, and whether they are on track
- Study time and when they were last active
- Exams sat, and their scores
What stays with the student
- The questions they practise
- The answers they give
- Past, model and practice exam content
- Their password: you never see it or set it
Managing students
What you can change, and what you cannot
Add
Add up to 5 students. A student who already has a Tabinos account can join with your family code instead.
Update
Correct a name or a grade, and set their study pace: how many questions a day, how many days a week.
Help them back in
If a student with no email or phone forgets their password, send a one-time reset code. They choose the new password.
Remove
Take a student out of the family and free their seat. Their account and their learning stay theirs.
Pay for the plan
Choose Standard or Pro and how many students it covers, and pay once a year.
Never
Change an answer, delete an exam attempt, or read a question. Those belong to the student.
Progress tracking
The numbers a parent can act on
Counted from the same records your child's own screens use, so the two of you never see different figures.
- Completion, subject by subject. Past exams, model exams and practice, each as questions done out of questions available, down to every chapter.
- Strengths and needs practice. Chapters ranked by how much the exam leans on them and how much is still missing.
- The study plan. The week they are in, the share of the plan done, whether they are ahead, on track or behind, and this week's chapters.
- Study time. Time spent answering over the last 30 days, active days, and when they last practised.

One plan for 1 to 5 students
Each student needs their own learning subscription. The family plan buys them together, per student per year, 20% below the solo rate. Until you buy it, your students use Free: the 2015 E.C. past paper and the first model paper in each subject.
